These Terms and Conditions apply to all visits, orders, purchases and use of the Quantum BT online store, unless separate written terms have been agreed between you and Quantum BT, UAB.
Additional policies may also apply to your purchase, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Delivery Information, Returns & Refunds Policy, Right of Withdrawal and Warranty Policy. These policies form part of the overall information provided to you before and after purchase.
3. Products
Quantum BT sells computer hardware, components, accessories and related products, including graphics cards, processors, memory, storage devices, desktop PCs and gaming hardware.
We make reasonable efforts to display product names, specifications, images, compatibility information, availability and prices accurately. However, product images may be illustrative, packaging may differ, and manufacturers may change specifications without prior notice.
Before placing an order, you are responsible for checking whether a product is suitable for your intended use, system compatibility and technical requirements. If you are unsure, you may contact us before purchase.
4. Customer account
You may be able to create a customer account on our website. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. If your information changes, you should update it as soon as possible.
We may suspend or restrict access to an account if we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, false information or violation of these Terms.
5. Placing an order
To place an order, you must select the products, add them to your cart, provide the required billing and delivery information, select a delivery and payment method and confirm the order.
Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review the products, quantities, prices, delivery costs and total amount payable.
After you place an order, you may receive an automatic confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order request. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
6. Order acceptance and contract formation
A sales contract is formed when your order has been accepted and confirmed by us, subject to payment confirmation, product availability and applicable order checks.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or correct an order where permitted by law, including in the following cases:
- The product is unavailable or discontinued;
- The product price or description contains an obvious error;
- The payment is not authorized or is reversed;

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid in accordance with applicable law.
7. Prices and currency
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Unless otherwise stated, prices shown to consumers include applicable taxes where required by law.
Delivery costs and any additional charges are shown during checkout before the order is confirmed. The final payable amount is displayed before you complete the order.
Prices may change from time to time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received or authorized.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store full payment card details on our website. Payment providers may apply their own terms, security checks and privacy rules.
If payment is refused, reversed, cancelled or marked as suspicious, we may suspend or cancel the order.
9. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may depend on product availability, destination, courier performance, public holidays, seasonal demand, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our direct control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed, returned or subject to additional charges.
10. Receiving the goods
When receiving your parcel, please check the package condition whenever possible. If the package is visibly damaged, opened or tampered with, report this to the courier immediately and contact us without delay.
Please keep the product packaging, invoice and delivery documents at least until you have checked that the product is complete and functioning properly.
11. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
The withdrawal period generally starts from the day you or a person indicated by you receives the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within the applicable withdrawal period.
Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, for example products made to your specifications, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or digital content where performance has begun with your prior consent where applicable.

12. Returns and refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal or if a return is accepted under our Returns & Refunds Policy, you must return the product in accordance with the instructions provided by us.
Returned products should be complete, properly packed and include all accessories, manuals, original packaging where reasonably possible and proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence of having sent them back, where permitted by law.

13. Warranty and defective products
Products sold to consumers in the European Union are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity. This legal guarantee applies in addition to any commercial manufacturer warranty that may be offered with a product.
If a product is defective, not as described or does not conform to the contract, you may have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable law.
Commercial warranty terms, if any, may vary by manufacturer and product. Manufacturer warranty does not limit your mandatory consumer rights against the seller.

14. Product compatibility and installation
Computer hardware products may require technical compatibility with other components, power supply capacity, motherboard support, BIOS or firmware compatibility, case dimensions, cooling capacity and software or driver requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, installation, configuration and compatibility checks are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, incompatible components, unauthorized modification or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
15. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions, discounts, vouchers and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, including validity period, minimum order value, product restrictions, customer eligibility or usage limits.
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be cancelled if used fraudulently, incorrectly or in breach of the applicable promotion terms.

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated scraping tools, upload malicious code, provide false information or use the website in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under applicable European Union or national consumer protection laws.
20. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, supply chain disruptions, transport delays, power failures, internet outages, government actions, pandemics or other force majeure events.
